LawyersForPeace.Online
A curated map of the law of peace in the cyber and information sphere – and an open reading circle of lawyers around it.
Private preview. All entries are drafts pending editorial review. As of 27 September 2026.
What this site does
This site collects and briefly describes legal texts of global relevance that bear on peace and conflict in the cyber and information sphere: treaties, UN instruments, regional legislation, court decisions, selected national provisions and, where no binding rule exists, the regulatory gaps. It follows the idea of peace through law (Hans Kelsen): conflicts are to be resolved by law rather than by force, deception or manipulation.
Entries describe; they do not evaluate or advocate. Contested readings are attributed to those who hold them. See the editorial policy.
How it is organised
- The map – all entries arranged by layer (syntactic, semantic, pragmatic, constitutive) and scale (State/EU, international order)
- Change log – recent additions and updates to entries
- Peace through Law Online – Roundtable – a reading circle around the texts collected here
Other collections
This site does not replicate existing databases; it links to them:
