As a contribution to the realization of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), in particular SDG 16 and SDG 9, we collect here relevant legal information and texts pertaining to the law in relation to disinformation and cyberwar.
SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.
SDG 9: Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation.
Thus we hope to contribute to promote the rule of law (Goal 16 target 16.3) and to ensure public access to information and to protect fundamental freedoms, in accordance with national legislation and international agreements (Goal 16 target 16.10), and to create a peaceful, secure and inclusive global online space through law.
